No. BOT outputs are wellness education frameworks — organized, evidence-referenced, and scientifically reasoned — but they are not diagnoses or prescriptions. Your license or certification is what makes them applicable to your clients. Dr. Woods and Resonance AI are not licensed healthcare providers and do not form a provider-patient relationship with your clients.
After checkout, your order page shows a setup card. Complete the short practitioner setup form with your practice details and logo, and your private workspace and client folders are provisioned automatically from your order. Then you set your PIN and sign in — no approval step. Most members are inside the system the same day.
You complete that form once, ever. If you add a certification later, it is applied to your existing account automatically — nothing to fill in again.

Fifty practitioners will be selected for the Research Cohort. Selected practitioners receive Research Cohort pricing at every tier, locked through 2027 for as long as your membership remains active.
